Whilst meeting with Sophie & Max before their big day, we decided to do an engagement session with them, in between all Sydney’s rain of last week!

One of my good friends was recently engaged and asked me to take a couple of shots of them at their engagement party. So we snuck outside to capture a few, and here’s what we got! Congratulations Ben & Renee!

I think it’s pretty easy to tell that this shoot was loads of fun! The girls were so great and are just at an adorable age.
When I asked the girls to help Mum and Dad laugh…well you’ll see what they came up with!
Dad is an Eye Dr, hence the other fun one at the end!

What a fab shoot with this young family at their home. The boys have were rocking it during the shoot as mum turned on ‘Move like jagger’ which the boys love to have a boogie to. Both mum and dad loved the idea of having a family portrait that is a little different, and they loved the results!

I had such a great time photographing this family, and I’m pretty sure they all did too!
When photographing family and children’s portraits, I never feel like I’m working. It feels more like I’m just hanging out with them (and shooting a few frames while we’re at it).
